Terms of Booking

When you make a booking with us, you have a contract with Hills Hotels & Resorts. The contract will be valid only when
1. We have confirmed the booking.
2. We have received the booking form, signed by you.
3. We have received the deposit.
4. We have sent you a booking confirmation for the requested services.

Deposit

After we have received the signed booking form from you, 50% deposit of the total package cost must be paid to us in advance. It is convenient to pay the balance amount within 30 days before departure. For bookings done within 30 working days of the tour departure, the entire amount will become immediately due with cash/ DD only. The amount will be collected in INR and charged according to the bank card rate, as applicable at the time of the payment.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of services or modifications in travel arrangement, you are required to send us notification for the same in written. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/ date we receive your notification.
For cancellation/ amendment in travel services, charges will apply as follows
1. More than 28 days prior to your arrival at destination - Deposit only
2. 27 - 14 days prior to your arrival at destination - 65% of the total tour price
3. 13 - 07 days prior to your arrival at destination - 75% of total tour price
4. 06 days or less - 100% of total tour price
